Loving this new dance beat!
As if I didn’t already love this song without the remix, but violins in the background? That’s my weakness. This is stunning.
I was looking for new dance music the other day and came across this gem. Upbeat versions of slow songs don’t always work (and they sometimes take away from the emotion behind the song) but I thoroughly enjoyed everything about this remix.
Ella Eyre’s slowed-down cover of this song (originally by Jermaine Stewart) is my absolute favorite but this mix is perfect for the dance floor!
Beyonce “Drunk In Love” (Richie Beretta & Jillionaire Remix)
I know there’s a million remixes for this song but this one is dope.
Benjamin Francis Leftwich “Shine” (Kygo Remix)
“It makes me want to go frolic in a forest.” = Best. Comment. Ever.
Ben is a singer-songwriter I’ve been following for a while and Kygo is an up and coming producer who’s been creating some music magic. That’s a winning combination if you ask me 🙂
Pharrell “Happy” (Woodkid Remix)
So I totally thought I posted this last week, but turns out I didn’t. I admit, I’m not a fan of the original “Happy” however THIS I can get into. Bless you, Woodkid.
Branchez “Stay” (originally by Rihanna/Mikky Ekko)
A really cool approach to this song.
Sky Ferreira “You’re Not The One” (Story of the Running Wolf Remix)
I prefer the original (it’s one of my favorite songs) but this is quite good.
